The powerful stainless steel blades rotate at 20,000 RPM and can even turn ice cubes into crushed ice in no time.
Simple and safe to use
This blender has been specially designed with safety in mind, to effectively handle any mess that may occur during use. It is equipped with overheating and overload protection, while the motor block has a safety switch. In addition, the top lid features a refill opening, allowing ingredients to be added without opening the appliance. The inclusion of a soundproof lid minimises noise, creating a pleasant working environment.
Easy to clean
Ease of cleaning is an important consideration when buying appliances for use in a professional kitchen. Being able to clean a blender is not only hygienic, but it also helps prevent flavours from mixing between different dishes. The container and lid can be removed and cleaned with a little soapy water. An even easier solution is to fill the container three-quarters full with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, then switch it on. This cleans it quickly and effectively. Once cleaning is complete, simply dry it with a soft cloth and the blender is ready for its next job.
