The device cools the outer surface of the glass when it is placed upside down on the designated area. This process ensures uniform cooling, ideal for immediate beverage service.
Operation
The glass chiller operates using an electrical power supply and a compatible CO₂ cylinder, equipped with a supply hose. Carbon dioxide is used to rapidly cool the glass surface.
Intended exclusively for professional use, the device must be used in accordance with safety instructions related to CO₂ use. It is only compatible with CO₂ cylinders equipped with a suitable supply hose.
Usage and Maintenance
To use, place an inverted glass on the device to cool its outer surface. Cooling time may vary depending on the type of glass used.
After use, it is recommended to turn off and unplug the device, then allow it to return to ambient temperature before cleaning. Cleaning should be done with a lightly damp cloth. Direct use of water or liquid products is not recommended to avoid ice formation or any risk of damage.
