This citrus juicer is indispensable in any kitchen or bar where fresh juices are served. Fresh fruits and (leafy) vegetables are quickly pulped. Then you can easily fill your glass using the convenient tap.
Pulping
Place the juicer on a vertical surface and thoroughly wash the fruits and vegetables. If necessary, cut them into smaller pieces so they can fit through the opening. Insert the fruits and vegetables into the opening and place the pusher on top. Place a glass under the tap. Start the appliance and gradually push the food down. The appliance pulverizes the food and pushes the juice towards the tap. Pulp residues are collected in a waste container. Fill the glass using the tap. If you wish, you can put the remaining pulp back into the appliance to extract even more juice.
Cleaning the juicer
The juicer is equipped with a stainless steel filter that must be cleaned after each use. Switch off the appliance and remove the filter. You can remove food residues with absorbent paper and easily rinse the filter under the tap using the supplied brush. Remove the tap and the waste container. Discard food remnants and clean them with soapy water. The plastic housing is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Reassemble the tap, the waste container, and the filter, then store the appliance.
