This compact espresso machine is an asset to any catering establishment. Not only does it offer many features, but it is also very reliable. The superb black-coated metal casing gives it a luxurious and elegant look. Its 6.5-liter boiler allows it to prepare up to 360 cups per hour. It is also equipped with a double group head with a direct pre-infusion chamber. Four coffee doses are available per group: espresso, large coffee, two espressos, and two large coffees, allowing you to choose the right coffee preparation for your customer. The drip filter is made of chrome and the large drip tray is made of stainless steel.

Easy to use

This compact espresso machine is easy to use thanks to the touch keys. Rotary stainless steel pipes are provided for water and steam. The coffee machine is equipped with a robust double piston with a double spout and filter. The machine is supplied with water automatically and the water is injected directly from the boiler to the coffee. In case of low water pressure, the pump stops automatically, and when the water level is low, an indicator light comes on. In addition, the machine is equipped with an overpressure valve, while the boiler has an anti-vacuum valve. The coffee machine also rests on four height-adjustable rubber feet for better stability.

Automatic cleaning machine

The espresso machine has an automatic cleaning program. Simply place the blind filter, supplied with the machine, in a filter holder. Insert the filter holder into the group you want to clean. Then press keys 1 and 5 to start cleaning. Press the button above the group to activate cleaning and press this button again when the group is cleaned. Continue this until the water coming out is clear and contains no more detergent. After cleaning, the device automatically returns to normal operation mode.
