This double S-blade made of stainless steel is suitable for 12 and 18-litre food processors. This finely serrated double blade cuts your fruit, vegetables, nuts and chocolate into small pieces. It can also be used to prepare pesto, dressings, sauces, tapenade and spice mixtures. Make sure the food processor is switched off when adding or removing the blade. You can clean the blade using a mild detergent and hot water. Dry the S-blade thoroughly with a dry cloth and store it in a safe place.
