Thanks to the depth of 90cm and the flat surface, there is enough room on both cooking plates to work with large pans. With 2 x 4kW, the cooking plates also have the capacity to handle this.You can set the temperatures between 90 and 450°C in six positions on each plate. Both have a safety switch against overheating.
