The four gas burners are equipped with a chrome coating and heavy-duty cast iron pan supports, suitable for high-volume cooking. The seamless monoblock top has rounded edges and no weld seams, making it more hygienic and easier to clean. With adjustable heat up to 300°C and built-in safety features, including a thermocouple and pilot light, this cooker offers both precision and peace of mind.
Integrated electric oven
This model features a 6.0 kW electric oven, which allows for fast and even heating. The stainless steel interior is durable and easy to maintain, while the 40 mm thick insulated door ensures minimal heat loss. Inside, a three-level chrome grid allows for the use of GN 2/1 trays. The oven can be heated from the top, bottom, or in combination for versatile cooking options.
