This model is gas-powered and also tiltable, allowing you to easily tilt the inner pan to scoop out its contents.
Equipped with thermal insulation
Working safely in the hospitality sector is essential. That's why this professional Bratt pan is equipped with a safety system that cuts off the gas and heating when the lid is opened. The safety thermostat minimises the risk of the pan overheating. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300°C. To limit heat radiation and maintain low energy consumption, the Bratt pan features significant thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made of 8mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion. This also ensures even heat distribution.
Easy to clean
Cleaning is an important aspect of ease of use. Thanks to a clever design and smooth materials, you don't have to worry about it. Stainless steel is very easy to clean with a simple cloth and a little hot water and detergent. The corners have also been rounded so that food residues do not accumulate, and thanks to the practical water tap, you always have enough water on hand for cleaning.
