This robust tilting bratt pan has a capacity of 100 liters. The bratt pan is multifunctional, allowing you to easily bake, roast, stew, and cook with it. Simply heat the bratt pan and place the food in the seamless inner pan. When the food is ready, use the wheel on the front to tilt the inner pan towards you. This makes it very easy to remove food or, when cooking, to drain it. The stainless steel finish of the bratt pan and the rounded corners make the gas bratt pan easy to clean.
Features of the gas bratt pan
- 8 mm thick stainless steel bottom for high corrosion resistance
- Double-walled lid increases insulation and the hinged mechanism allows for easy opening and closing
- Stainless steel burners with flame protection for optimal combustion
- Adjustable temperature from 120°C to 300°C
- Safety thermostat to prevent overheating of the pan
- Piezo ignition and temperature indicator lights on the front panel
- Burners automatically turn off when the bratt pan is tilted
- Automatic burner ignition via microswitch when the pan is tilted back
- Thermal insulation ensures limited heat radiation and low energy consumption
- Draining the bratt pan is simplified by the tilting pan
- Equipped with a solenoid valve for cold or hot water
- Water tap for filling or rinsing the inner pan
- Sturdy stainless steel feet for better stability
