Réalisation en acier inox AISI 304, Top "embouti" (15/10 mm), pieds réglables en inox (150/200 mm), étanchéité à l'eau "IPX5".
Cuve "emboutie" réalisée en acier inox AISI 316 (Certifié alimentaire suivant règlementation Européenne CE n.1935/2004), fond 30/10 mm d'épaisseur, parois latérales 20/10mm d'épaisseur, résistant à la corrosion du sel et à l'usure, munie d'une crépine amovible pour protection de la vanne de vidange. Robinet d'eau permettant le remplissage de la cuve.
Couvercle "embouti", réalisée en acier inox AISI 316 à double parois "bord renforcé" charnières avec "ressort à torsion" fermeture et une ouverture graduelles.
Chauffage indirect, cuve à double enveloppe, remplissage d'eau manuel. Deux robinets positionnés sur la façade avant de l'appareil, le premier pour l'ouverture, le deuxième pour le trop-plein. Contrôle de la pression de la double enveloppe par une soupape à 0,5 bar, avec un manomètre.
Chauffage gaz, par des brûleurs en acier inox AISI 304 à flamme stabilisée, régulation par vanne.
