Réalisation en acier inox AISI 304, "top" embouti (20/10 mm), pieds réglables en inox (150-200 mm), étanchéité à l'eau "IPX5".
Cuve "emboutie" réalisée en acier inox AISI 316 (Certifié alimentaire suivant règlementation Européenne CE n.1935/2004), munie d'une crépine amovible. Robinet d'eau permettant le remplissage de la cuve.
Couvercle "embouti" réalisé en acier inox AISI 316 à double parois "bords renforcés", charnières avec "ressort à torsion" permettant une fermeture et une ouverture graduelles.
Chauffage indirect, cuve à double enveloppe, remplissage d'eau par un robinet, un deuxième faisant office de trop-plein, permet de vérifier l'achèvement du remplissage. Contrôle de la pression de la double enveloppe par une soupape à 0,5 bar, avec manomètre.
Chauffage électrique par résistances à immersion dans la double enveloppe, muni d'un régulateur d'énergie, thermostat de sécurité.
