Indirect Heating System
This cooking pot has a double wall, the interior of which is filled with water. Therefore, it is not heated directly at the bottom, but more evenly along the entire wall. This significantly reduces the risk of burning. This is called an indirect heating system. It is perfect for preparing liquid foods such as soups, sauces, broths, and creams. Thanks to the additional insulating material the pot is made of, heat loss and energy consumption are minimized. Additionally, a safety thermostat also protects against low water levels, preventing food from burning too quickly. A convenient pressure gauge is located on top of the boiler for easy pressure reading.
User-Friendly
The most practical feature of this electric cooking pot is that it can be tilted. Tilting makes it easier to add ingredients, mix them properly, or pour out the contents. A wide pouring spout is also provided for this purpose, and the tilting is fully automated via the control panel. The lid of a cooking pot is usually quite large and heavy, but thanks to the weight mechanism of this pot, you can open and close it effortlessly, making this pot very user-friendly. And because stainless steel has been used throughout and the boiler is round on the inside, it is also easy to clean. Finally, it is also equipped with wheels for easy repositioning when needed.
