Indirect heating system
This cooking pot has a double wall, the inside of which is filled with water. Therefore, it is not heated directly at the bottom but more evenly throughout the entire wall. This means the risk of burning is very low. This is known as an indirect heating system. It is perfect for preparing liquid food, such as soups, sauces, broths, and creams. Thanks to the extra insulating material the cooking pot is made from, heat loss and energy consumption are kept to a minimum. In addition, a safety thermostat also protects against a too-low water level so that dishes do not burn too quickly. A practical pressure gauge is placed on top of the boiler for easier pressure reading.
User-friendly
The most convenient function of this electric cooking pot is that it can be tilted. Tilting makes it easier to add ingredients, mix them properly, or pour out the contents. A wide pouring spout is also provided for this, and tilting is fully automated via the control panel. The lid of a cooking pot is usually quite large and heavy, but thanks to the weight mechanism of this cooking pot, you can open and close it effortlessly, which makes this cooking pot very user-friendly. And because stainless steel has been used throughout and the boiler is round on the inside, it is also easy to clean. Finally, it is also equipped with castors for easy movement when needed.
