The 325-liter kettle is ideal for boiling, cooking, or poaching food. The kettle features a double-walled lid that increases insulation. The lid is also easy to open and close thanks to a hinged and balanced mechanism. This kettle has a double wall that can be filled with water; this is an indirect heating system that ensures uniform heating of the bottom and sides of the kettle. As the kettle is made entirely of stainless steel, it is easy to clean.
