As the potatoes are in continuous motion in the peeling machine, they are peeled evenly. The filling capacity of this professional potato peeler is 15 kg and each cycle takes 2 to 3 minutes. This peeler is not suitable for onions.
Integrated timer with rotary knob
The top lid of the machine is transparent, allowing you to see the peeling process. The drum wall is made of carborundum, a highly resistant material. The appliance is equipped with a stop and start button, as well as a timer with a rotary knob. A special button has been added to help push the finished vegetables out of the machine so you don't have to do it manually. Other safety features include a safety switch in the lid, as well as the door at the front of the appliance. This professional peeler comes with a stainless steel bowl and a filter for waste and dirty water. Water enters the peeler via the water connection and supply hose, allowing potatoes and carrots to be washed before peeling. After a cycle of less than three minutes, the vegetables are ready. When you place cut cubes into the peeler, they come out with a rounded shape.
Easy to clean
The lid, tray and scraping plate are easily removable, which also makes cleaning easier. The casing, bowl and feet, which are made of stainless steel, can be easily cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. The waste collector must be emptied and cleaned after each use. The potato peeler also rests on four rubber feet that keep it firmly in place during use.
