In large catering establishments that work with high volumes of dirty dishes, this pass-through dishwasher is a major asset. Baskets pass through quickly, making dish handling very efficient. This professional machine has two wash programmes: 60 and 120 seconds each, including a 15-second rinse cycle. The wash temperature is 60°C and the rinse cycle is 85°C, allowing for faster drying. It is also a very quiet appliance, operating at less than 65 dB. This dishwasher consumes only 2.8 litres of water per cycle. Its control panel is IPX4 rated, so water cannot seep in behind the easy-to-use buttons. It includes four buttons: an On/Off button, a button to start/stop the wash cycle, a button to set the wash programme, and a button to start the drain pump. This dishwasher is also equipped with temperature and rinse indicators.

Ideal for dishwashing lines

This professional pass-through dishwasher has the advantage of being connectable to a stainless steel pre-rinse table, allowing for a smooth workflow from pre-rinse to drying. Both the appliance and our dishwasher tables are equipped with adjustable feet to create the ideal working height. With this setup, dirty dishes are cleaned quickly and easily. To start, place all the dishes in the dishwasher basket and rinse them with a pre-rinse shower. Then push the basket into the dishwasher. When the wash programme is complete, slide the basket onto a draining table and let the dishes dry. This machine can also be installed in a corner. The following accessories are included: a 50 x 50 cm glass basket, a 50 x 50 cm plate basket, a cutlery basket, and an inlet and drain hose to connect the appliance to the water supply.

An easy-to-clean dishwasher

The pass-through dishwasher is made entirely of stainless steel, making it very quick and easy to clean. Smooth surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The wash arms inside are made of special ABS and can be cleaned with a cloth and water. The dishwasher is equipped with drain, rinse, and soap pumps. It is important to note that the rinse and soap pumps can only receive liquid detergent.
