It is placed in a watertight recess and is suitable for LPG or natural gas. You can place it in your cooking line or on a stainless steel base, which you can easily order from our webshop.
Completely made of stainless steel
As you can expect from all professional appliances in our 700 cooking range, the quality never disappoints. This heavy-duty cooker is made entirely of stainless steel and is carefully finished with a chrome coating. The plate itself is made of 15mm steel and has a grill surface of 34.4 x 45.8cm. The high splash guard prevents splashes and nicks on the wall, and there's a very handy removable stainless steel drip tray underneath to cleanly hold up to 1.5 litres of oil so you can keep grilling for a long time.
Quickly at the right temperature
Because there can be a lot of work in a catering kitchen, it's good to know that you can get started quickly with this griddle. You can light it using the convenient piezo ignition: just push the rotary knob in and turn it directly to the desired temperature. The stainless steel burners can reach 200°C in just ten minutes. You can still increase the temperature considerably, up to 300°C.
