It is ideal for keeping baked goods, appetizers, grilled dishes, and snacks at the right temperature. The front features sliding glass doors, and inside, integrated LED lighting makes it easy for customers to see which product they are choosing. Additionally, at the back of the hot food display, sliding doors allow for efficient refilling of dishes. In addition to keeping food warm, this display case is also suitable for attractively presenting prepared dishes.
Products do not dry out quickly
On top of the display case, there is space to store kitchen utensils. The card holder can be used to advertise the products inside the display. Thanks to the powerful heating element, heat is evenly distributed throughout the display. The heated food display has three adjustable chrome shelves. The temperature is easily adjusted using the analog knob to reach temperatures between 30 and 90ºC. The integrated humidity reservoir ensures that products do not dry out too quickly inside the display. The temperature can be read from the front of the display case.
Easy to clean
When working with food, hygiene is very important. A display case that is in plain sight of the customer must always be immaculate. Before starting to clean it, turn off the heated food display. Then use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the interior. The shelves can be removed from the display and cleaned with a sponge and a little soap. The heated food display rests on fixed feet and can easily be placed on a counter or table.
