Temperatures between 30 and 90ºC
The powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution inside the display. This keeps all products at the right temperature uniformly. To prevent food from drying out, the heated food display has an air humidification reservoir. The user-friendly analogue knob allows you to set the temperature between 30 and 90ºC. The display is also equipped with an indicator light that shows when the selected temperature has been reached.
Cleaning with little water
If you want to clean the display case, first switch it off for your own safety. The inside and outside should be cleaned with a damp cloth, mild detergent, and a little water. This helps prevent condensation. After cleaning, it is also advisable to wipe all parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.
