The heated food display has a capacity of 186 litres and is equipped with three height-adjustable chrome shelves. Glass panels cover all sides of the display, and the practical LED lighting inside allows for an attractive presentation of dishes. The heated food display is also equipped with a card holder for advertising your products. The front and back are equipped with sliding doors. This allows customers to take their baked goods, grilled dishes, or snacks out of the display themselves. This also makes it easy for staff to restock the display.
Good Heat Distribution
The construction of this heated food display is made of epoxy-coated stainless steel, which makes it very robust. This also gives it a long lifespan. Inside the display, the powerful heating element ensures good heat distribution. There is also a humidification tank to prevent your dishes from drying out. The temperature of the glass display can be continuously adjusted between 30 and 90 °C using the analog knob. Indicator lights on the appliance show when the correct temperature has been reached. The temperature can be read from the front.
Easy to Clean Materials
Stainless steel and glass are very easy to clean materials. When displaying your products in your store, it is important that the display remains clean. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean the inside. You can also clean the outside in the same way. However, it is advisable not to use too much water, otherwise condensation will form and your dishes will no longer be clearly visible in the display. To clean the shelves, remove them from the heated display and clean them with soap and a sponge.
