This display case with a curved front window is an asset in any bakery, café, brasserie or other catering establishment. With a capacity of 100 litres and two height-adjustable shelves, you can cool a variety of products. Thanks to the LED lighting inside and the four windows on each side, products are beautifully presented. The sliding doors at the back of the refrigerated display case make it easy to add or remove items.
Ideal for sandwiches and pastries
Sandwiches, pastries, tarts and other snacks are cooled to an optimal level thanks to the fan cooling system that distributes cold air evenly throughout the cooler. The temperature is easy to set using the digital temperature controller. You can choose a temperature between 0° and 12°C. To ensure that little or no ice forms in the display case, it is also equipped with a unique cooling cycle and an automatic defrost function. The refrigerant used for the cooler is R600a and is CFC-free.
Stable and robust pastry display case
Thanks to its fixed feet, this display case is stable and can be placed firmly and securely. Cleaning the refrigerated display case is also easy. A soft, damp cloth is sufficient to clean the exterior. The shelves and the interior of the refrigerated display case can be cleaned with soapy water.
