This round refrigerated display case has a capacity of 100 liters and is designed for the display and refrigerated storage of cakes, pastries, snacks, and similar products. It is suitable for bakeries, restaurants, and catering establishments.
The unit features curved windows all around, offering optimal visibility of the displayed products. Three height-adjustable glass shelves allow for interior arrangement customization as needed. Integrated LED lighting ensures clear and uniform product presentation. A hinged door at the back facilitates serving and restocking.
Cooling System
The display case is equipped with a ventilated cooling system, ensuring uniform cold distribution inside the unit. The temperature is adjustable using a digital controller, allowing precise adjustment between 0 °C and +12 °C.
An integrated cooling cycle helps limit ice formation. Automatic defrosting activates every six hours to maintain consistent performance. The refrigerant used is R600a, which is CFC-free.
Maintenance
The stainless steel casing and glass surfaces are designed for easy cleaning. The glass shelves and windows can be cleaned with a soft cloth and warm water with a non-abrasive detergent. Regular maintenance helps maintain a clean and hygienic presentation.
