Made of coated steel, this bread slicer is a durable machine, designed to cut different types of bread. Our bread slicers are available with various bread thicknesses. This machine is equipped with 13mm spaced stainless steel serrated blades.
Simple operation
This bread slicer is simple to operate. First, turn on the machine using the On button. To adjust the food thickness, first place the bread in the machine. Then, pull the lever towards you to push the bread into the machine. At the top of the machine is a pressure plate. This plate automatically adjusts its height to match the height of the bread. The bread will be sliced into pieces of equal thickness and come out the other side of the machine. The blades stop when the lever is pushed all the way forward. At the exit, flexible flaps keep the slices together. At the bottom of the machine is a crumb tray, which can be easily removed and emptied. To package the sliced bread, you can use the metal packaging trolley and equip it with a plastic or paper bread bag. This bread slicing machine is not only suitable for regular bread, but can also slice hard bread such as baguettes.
Cleaning the machine
To ensure optimal performance, it is important to regularly clean the bread slicer. First, turn off the appliance completely. Use a soft dust brush to remove crumbs. Then clean the appliance with a mild food-safe detergent. Make sure to dry the appliance thoroughly to prevent moisture from affecting the bread during cutting. Avoid using abrasive sponges or sharp objects during cleaning, as they can damage the machine.
