The cooking plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a satin finish. Under the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter container for collecting grease, and the grill plate is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. The ergonomic design of the grill plate ensures comfortable and safe operation. The casing, splash guards, and stainless steel cooking plate are easy to clean. With its depth of 900 mm, the grill plate can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
