The Premium griddle has a double baking tray, consisting of a smooth and a grooved baking tray. This griddle is suitable for high production and daily use. The baking tray is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a satin finish. Under the baking surface is a large 1.5 litre container for collecting fat and the griddle is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. The ergonomic design of the griddle ensures comfortable and safe working. The housing, splash guards and stainless steel baking tray are easy to clean. Due to its depth of 900 mm, the griddle can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
