The Premium grill plate has a double ribbed cooking plate. This grill plate is suitable for high production and daily use. The cooking plate is made of 15mm thick steel and has a mirror chrome finish. Under the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter container for collecting grease and the grill plate is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. The ergonomic design of the grill plate ensures pleasant and safe work. The casing, splash guards and stainless steel cooking plate are easy to clean. Thanks to its depth of 900 mm, the grill plate can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
