The Premium electric griddle plate has a smooth cooking surface and is suitable for high production and daily use. The griddle plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a mirror chrome finish. Underneath the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter grease collection container, and the griddle plate is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splattering. The ergonomic design of the griddle plate ensures comfortable and safe operation. The stainless steel casing, splash guards, and griddle plate are easy to clean. Thanks to its 900 mm depth, the griddle plate can grill large quantities of food at once.
