The Premium electric griddle plate has a double smooth baking tray and is suitable for high production and daily use. The baking tray is made of 15mm thick steel and has a mirror chrome finish. Underneath the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter grease collection container, and the griddle plate is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splatters. The ergonomic design of the griddle plate ensures pleasant and safe working. The housing, splash guards, and stainless steel baking plate are easy to clean. Thanks to its depth of 900mm, the griddle plate can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
