The Premium griddle plate has a double cooking surface, consisting of a smooth and a grooved cooking plate. This griddle plate is suitable for high production and daily use. The baking tray is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a mirror chrome finish. Underneath the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter container for collecting grease and the griddle plate is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. The ergonomic design of the griddle plate ensures pleasant and safe work. The housing, splash guards, and stainless steel griddle plate are easy to clean. Thanks to its depth of 900 mm, the griddle plate can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
