This premium 49 cm Kamado barbecue allows you to grill, smoke, bake, and steam a wide variety of dishes. Thanks to its robust material, you can also safely leave it outdoors. The steel parts are powder-coated and the walls are made of ceramic, allowing it to withstand high temperatures and retain heat optimally, maintaining a constant temperature.
Optimal Air Circulation
The adjustable air intake at the bottom and the air outlet in the lid ensure optimal air circulation. You can use it to adjust the temperature of your dishes. The adjustable grill plates are also useful because they allow you to place your dishes at the ideal height above the fire. The wall and fire bowl are made of ceramic and ensure that the Kamado will not be affected by high temperatures or temperature differences.
Robust Materials
In addition to the robust ceramic, the other materials also ensure that you have a solid cooking appliance. The steel parts are coated and the cooking grate is made of stainless steel. It also contains a porcelain enamel layer which makes it resistant to rust and chipping. This allows you to safely leave your Kamado barbecue outdoors. The handle is made of bamboo to ensure that it does not heat up during cooking.
