Optimal air circulation
The adjustable air inlet at the bottom and the air outlet in the lid ensure optimal air circulation. You can use this to adjust the temperature for your dishes. The adjustable grill plates are also useful as they allow you to place your food at the ideal height above the fire. The wall and fire bowl are made of ceramic and ensure that the Kamado is not affected by high temperatures or temperature differences.
Robust materials
Besides robust ceramic, the other materials also ensure you have a solid cooking appliance. The steel parts are coated and the cooking grate is made of stainless steel. It also contains a porcelain enamel layer, making it resistant to rust and chipping. This allows you to safely leave your Kamado BBQ outside. The handle is made of bamboo to ensure it doesn't get hot during cooking.
