The Premium charbroiler is gas-powered and, unlike normal griddle plates, heats the space beneath the grilling surface. Beneath the angled top grates are cast iron grates that distribute heat evenly and ensure fat is collected in the drip tray below the cooking surface. The charbroiler is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. Together with the ergonomic design of the charbroiler, they ensure pleasant and safe working. The stainless steel casing and splash guards are easy to clean. Thanks to its depth of 900 mm, the charbroiler can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
