Stainless steel bottom plate
The temperature of this electric griddle can be set between 70ºC and 300ºC. This allows you to prepare different products at different temperatures. The griddle also has a very handy temperature indicator. When the light goes out, you know you can start cooking. Because it is very important to work safely in a professional kitchen, the griddle is equipped with overload protection. The high stainless steel splash guards around the plate prevent oil splatters. The electric griddle is also very easy to use. Simply switch it on using the power button, grease the griddle surface and wait for the correct temperature to be reached before grilling.
Easy to clean
The stainless steel casing and drip tray make this electric griddle easy to clean. Coarse residues can be removed with a brush or scraper, while stubborn dirt is more easily removed by heating the appliance to 75°C and pouring a little water onto the griddle surface. However, it is advisable to wear gloves. A damp cloth and mild detergent can be used to clean all parts. Thanks to its rubber feet, this professional griddle remains firm and stable during use.
