The pot washer is suitable for bakeries, butchers and large catering companies, where large pots and pans are used daily. Thanks to its large volume, you can clean even the biggest pots. Many large catering items often do not fit in a standard-sized dishwasher, but with this pot washer you can clean everything from large pots to GN containers and tableware. This powerful appliance removes even the most stubborn food residues thanks to its specially designed washing arms and water jets. You can wash up to 30 baskets per hour in this machine, which operates at a noise level of less than 65 dB. Finally, this professional pot washer offers four complete washing programmes lasting 120, 240, 360 and 720 seconds.

Stainless steel wire basket included

Operating this professional appliance is very simple. Thanks to the control panel, which has IPX4 protection so that water cannot seep in behind the buttons, all you have to do is switch on the pot washer and the water will fill and heat up automatically. The second button allows you to set the washing programme. Pots and pans are washed at a temperature of 60°C, then rinsed with hot water at 80°C, so that the dishes dry quickly by evaporation. The washing and rinsing temperatures are adjustable. This pot washer comes with a 56 x 63 cm stainless steel wire basket, as well as a supply hose for connecting the pot washer to the water supply and a drain hose.

Easy to clean

Thanks to its stainless steel casing, this robust dishwasher is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also very durable, so your appliance is not likely to be damaged or scratched. The washing arms are made of special ABS and are easily cleaned with a little soap and warm water. To clean the interior, use a descaling agent and a special cleaning product. The pot washer is supplied without rinse and soap pumps, but special kits can be ordered from the website. There is no drain pump as the water drains naturally. Just make sure that the drain hose is connected lower than the outlet.
