Cette machine est concue pour une production de pâtes à partir de matières première telle que farine de blé dur ou tendre avec adjonction d'eau et/ou d'oeufs, de même d'épinards pour les pâtes vertes ou concentré de tomates pour les rouges.
De base elle permet de pétrir de la pâte (capacité cuve 4 kg de farine) ainsi que laminer des feuilles de pâtes largeur 170 mm (épaisseur réglable).
La machine est conforme aux normes "CE" en vigueur en matière de sécurité et d'hygiène.
