When you purchase this kebab grill, you will receive a stainless steel drip tray that is easy to remove. This allows you to keep your workspace clean while the fat from the meat is collected in the tray. This grill does not come with stainless steel reflection screens, but these can be ordered separately.
Quick and easy cleaning
In a catering kitchen, food is frequently handled and hygiene is therefore very important. The casing, skewer and meat plate are made of stainless steel, making them easy to clean. Simply wait until the appliance has cooled down and unplug it from the socket. All parts that come into contact with food can be removed and cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a little detergent. The separate parts can also be washed in the dishwasher.
