The temperature of the burners can be adjusted separately so you can choose whether the meat should be lightly grilled on the top or other side, or if it needs to be grilled longer. The shawarma grill is mostly used in shawarma shops and grill rooms, but it can also be used in food trucks, snack bars, and restaurants. Because the skewer of the grill can be precisely adjusted, you will always get the best grilled meat. In addition, the spit can rotate left or right.
Includes nozzles for natural gas
With this grill model, a reliable motor is located at the top of the device. At the bottom, a stainless steel drip tray is mounted, which can also be removed for easy cleaning. This gyros grill does not feature stainless steel reflecting screens on the sides. Since this döner kebab grill runs on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). Nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag with the instruction manual. Always call a professional to carry out the conversion from natural gas to LPG. You can also order a kebab knife with your purchase to cut the grilled meat into very thin slices.
Dishwasher safe parts
This professional shawarma grill is easy to clean. The casing, skewer, and meat plate are made of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. However, it is important to let the device cool down and disconnect it from the wall socket before you start cleaning. The separate parts can also be put in the dishwasher. Wipe all parts again with a soft cloth.
