With this small shawarma grill model, you can quickly serve the tastiest shawarma sandwiches, skewers, and other grilled dishes. A kebab grill is not only suitable for shawarma shops and grill rooms but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering establishments. This professional doner kebab grill is equipped with a gas burner with a stainless steel protective grid, and the skewer must be turned manually. For perfect preparation, the grill skewer is adjustable and can be turned left and right. The skewer rotates once per minute. In addition, the included meat plate has a diameter of 19 cm.
Stainless steel drip tray included
This kebab grill comes with an easily removable stainless steel drip tray. This grill is not equipped with stainless steel reflection grids on the sides. You can easily connect this professional doner grill to gas. As this doner grill operates on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). Nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag with the instruction manual. It is important to have the conversion from natural gas to LPG done by an expert. Of course, you can also order the special kebab knife to quickly and easily cut thin slices of meat.
Removable parts
Working hygienically is essential when preparing food. The doner kebab grill is therefore easy to clean. Simply unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Then, remove all parts that come into contact with the meat and soak them in hot water with a mild detergent. Wipe everything with a soft cloth. The casing, skewer, and meat plate are made of stainless steel and are also easy to clean.
