With drip tray and splash guard

This robust griddle can withstand intensive use and features a double 15 mm hardened stainless steel griddle plate with a satin finish. The griddle plate is recessed in the watertight recess and, thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left after cleaning. It also has a 1.5 litre drip tray and an oil splash guard. To set the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. The griddle also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made of stainless steel

This professional griddle is made of very durable components. The stainless steel casing makes it easy to clean. Carefully clean this durable construction with a damp cloth, hot water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Stuck-on bits are easy to clean by heating the griddle to 70ºC and wiping it. It is recommended to wear gloves.
