With drip tray and splash guard

This robust griddle can withstand heavy use and features a double ribbed and smooth stainless steel griddle with a satin finish. The griddle plate is recessed into the waterproof recess, and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue remains after cleaning. It also has a 1.5 litre drip tray and an oil splash guard. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. The griddle also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made of stainless steel

This professional griddle is made from heavy-duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning easy. Carefully clean this durable construction with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Stuck-on pieces are easy to clean by heating the griddle to 70ºC and wiping it down. It is recommended to wear gloves.
