Superior quality
The cooking surface is made of 22 mm thick cast iron and contains different thermal zones so that you can always cook at the desired temperature. In the central circle, temperatures can reach 500°C, and at the outer edge, the temperature is around 200°C. The open cast iron burner also offers two flames, one of 10 kW and one of 4 kW of power. Thanks to its smooth stainless steel surfaces, the cooktop is also easy to clean. A large drip tray really helps with this by easily sliding it out from the front for emptying.
Work safely
Of course, safety has also been considered in the design of this product. Thanks to the piezoelectric ignition, you can switch it on quickly and safely. There is also a safety valve with a thermocouple, which ensures that the choke remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. As soon as there is no more flame, it automatically closes the choke valve so that gas cannot escape. Finally, each open burner is equipped with flame protection and the large burner ring has a pilot flame to make its use comfortable and safe.
