The construction is made of thick stainless steel and the pan supports are made of cast iron, making it very durable and robust.
Suitable for LPG and natural gas
To improve the performance of the cooker, the burners are chrome plated and the cooker has large, easy-to-use knobs, making it a very practical appliance. This robust cooker is also equipped with a pilot flame that ensures the gas ignites when you turn the knob. It also adds an extra safety measure to prevent gas from continuing to flow when not ignited. A safety thermostat also allows the temperature to be set between 100 and 300°C. This professional appliance works with both LPG and natural gas.
Smooth surfaces
Thanks to the smooth stainless steel surfaces, this cooker from Maxima's 700 series is easy to clean. The seamless welded top has the advantage of not allowing dirt residues to embed themselves. The same applies to the corners inside, which are rounded so that dirt cannot accumulate. To clean the various parts, simply dismantle them and clean them with hot water and a mild detergent. Then dry everything with a soft cloth.
