With this versatile appliance, you can grind much more than just meat. You can also process nuts, vegetables, or cheese with this professional grinder. This allows you to prepare delicious stuffings, pâté, hamburgers, or sausages. You not only receive all the accessories for grinding meat but also a 2 cm sausage stuffer for making your own sausages.
Includes various accessories
The housing of the grinder and bowl, the spiral, and the screw ring are made of stainless steel. The blades and discs are made of hardened steel. In addition to a sausage stuffer, you will also receive the following accessories: a stopper, two cross blades, and plates with 6 and 8 mm holes each. The inlet is 5.5 cm, and the top tray is included so you can have as much meat as needed ready for grinding. The grinder can also be set to two positions: forward and reverse. It can easily produce 220 kg of ground meat per hour. This is ideal if you need large quantities of ground meat or stuffing in your kitchen. The grinder is easy to use. Simply place the desired disc and switch on the appliance. The meat is pushed towards the blades using the provided stopper. The ground meat can be collected in a tray or bowl and is ready for use.
Easy to clean
After use, it is advisable to clean the grinder immediately. Thanks to the fully removable grinding section, cleaning requires little effort. Clean the parts with warm water and a mild detergent. Be careful with sharp parts. Once everything is clean and dry, reassemble the grinder. In addition, the meat grinder is equipped with rubber feet, which allow it to remain stable while you grind.
