Réalisation : entièrement en acier inoxydable.
Flexibilité : zones de chauffe réglables individuellement pour adapter la cuisson à la hauteur. Zone de chauffe coulissante sur 4 roulements à billes pour s'adapter au diamètre de la "carotte".
Utilisation : mise en place aisée de la broche grâce à un dispositif mécanique simple.
Fiabilité : le support de broche est complètement hermétique, le moteur est ainsi protégé de toute infiltration de graisse ou jus de viande. Monté sur roulement à billes, il ne supporte ni le poids de la viande ni les à-coups de l'utilisateur et est donc protégé de toutes torsions.
Entretien facile : ramasse-jus embouti, muni d'une grille perforée et tiroir de récupération amovible.
Chauffage par résistances blindées en acier inox traitées "incoloy", avec pierre réfractaire permettant d'accumuler la chaleur. Régulation par commutateurs.
Livré avec : 1 broche complète (disque et goupille).
En option : bavette en inox (BV-K).
