Réalisation en acier inox AISI 304, "Top" embouti (15/10 mm), vérins de mise à niveau, étanchéité à l’eau "IPX4".
Rebord périphérique amovible en acier inox.
Grille de cuisson en forme de "U" en acier inox AISI 441 de 2mm d'épaisseur (Certifié alimentaire suivant règlementation Européenne CE n.1935/2004).
Grilles et déflecteurs amovible pour un entretien aisé.
Bac à eau inférieur en acier inox (double fonctions) : 1ère recueillir les jus des cuissons , 2ème dégager de la vapeur.
Un robinet d'eau permettant le remplissage de la cuve est fixé sur le top supérieur, l'ouverture se fait par une vanne positionnée sur la façade avant de l'appareil.
Décharge de l'eau via le trop-plein (avec filtre) de la cuve.
Chauffage électrique par résistances blindées en acier inox, régulation par thermostat.
Résistances relevable à 90° pour une facilité d'entretien.
