Enceinte et porte du four à double paroi (emboutie) réalisées en acier inox et munies d'une isolation thermique, guides latéraux sur 3 niveaux, porte sur charnières à ressort, poignée en acier inox.

Grilles en fonte émaillée : 390x380 mm (lavables en lave-vaisselle).
- Maxi four à gaz, chauffage par brûleurs en inox à flamme stabilisée. Régulation de 160°C à 310°C, par une vanne de gaz thermostatique, allumage par piézoélectrique et sécurité par thermocouple, en dotation : 1 grille.
