Top supérieur de forte épaisseur (20/10ème), soudé.
Robinet de vidange inférieur pour chaque cuve et bac de vidange (ou filtration) amovible avec bec verseur (utilisation aisée en toute sécurité).
Bac supérieur pour les aliments précuits, muni d'un fond perforé permettant l'égouttage.
Portes battantes à double parois et isolées.
Chauffage par brûleur circulaire en fonte à très haut rendement, chambre de combustion isolée.
Cheminée (une pour chaque cuve) d'évacuation pour les gaz de combustion.
Vanne thermostatique de type "SIT" munie d'une sécurité par thermocouple et piézo d'allumage (fini le raccordement électrique !).
Affichage "analogique" de la température en façade avant pour chaque cuve.
Fabrication en acier inox AISI 441.
