Panneau de commande digital programmable. Affichage du temps de cuisson, de la température. Fonction "melting cycle" : préchauffage lent pour les graisses animales ou végétales.
Chauffage électrique par résistances blindées en acier inox immergées dans la cuve. Résistances relevable permettant un nettoyage de la cuve aisé, régulation de 100°C à 180°C, thermostat de sécurité de série, accessibilité frontale permettant une maintenance très aisée.
