This powerful refrigerator is ideally suited for bakeries. With a gross capacity of 800 litres, it can keep a large number of products cool. The door closes automatically and is equipped with an antibacterial rubber seal. This refrigerator can hold up to 10 height-adjustable shelves. It comes standard with 10 sets of slides that can accommodate 60 x 40 cm shelves. There is also space to double the volume to 60 x 80 cm. Shelves can be ordered separately in the webshop. This refrigerator is lockable and comes with two keys. If you need to move it to another part of the bakery, this is possible thanks to the four wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes. It is also easy to see what is inside the refrigerator, as it is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting.

Precise temperatures

The exact temperature you need for this refrigerator can be set using the digital temperature controller. You can choose between -2 and 8°C. This professional bakery refrigerator is equipped with a ventilated cooling system with an evaporator. Thanks to the cooling cycle, ice formation in the refrigerator is significantly reduced. The refrigerant used is R290, which is CFC-free. The maximum ambient temperature is 43°C.

Quick cleaning

Cleaning this refrigerator is almost effortless thanks to the stainless steel interior and exterior. It also has rounded corners inside so that dirt does not accumulate. To clean the refrigerator, first turn off the appliance and unplug the plug from the wall socket. With a damp cloth and a little mild detergent, you can carefully clean all the walls, both inside and out. You can also wipe the shelves in this way. It is important not to forget to clean the rubber door seal with each cleaning, so that the refrigerator remains in perfect working order. Dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth before using the refrigerator again.
