Adjustable grates

This counter freezer comes with four 1/1GN grates and matching guides. The grates have a raised edge that prevents products from falling off the back or freezing against the back wall. The grates also ensure good cold air circulation and uniform freezing of products. The grates' guides are height-adjustable by 5 cm. This allows you to choose the height at which you place the grates. You can increase the number of grates by ordering more on our website. You can replace the grates with Gastronorm trays or add several Gastronorm trays. In this case, remember to also order guides.

Energy efficient

Despite its size, this counter freezer is energy efficient. First, the walls have an insulation thickness of 6 cm, so cold air is retained and the freezer freezes perfectly, even at an ambient temperature of 32°C. The display is easy to read and the temperature can be set externally between -18 and -22°C. The doors close automatically thanks to a magnetic seal, which prevents cold air from escaping. Heated door rubbers prevent frost. This counter freezer also has an automatic defrost function that starts every six hours, thus preventing the walls from being frozen. The ventilated cooling system ensures good cold air distribution.

Transportable freezer

Despite its weight, this large counter freezer is easy to move thanks to the six wheels placed underneath it. The front wheels are equipped with a brake, which allows the freezer to be locked and prevents it from moving. The stainless steel worktop allows several people to simultaneously prepare meals, such as delicious desserts. Finally, ice is stored behind one of the doors of the counter freezer. Thus, all ingredients are at hand.

Cleaning the counter freezer

Despite the automatic defrost system and self-closing doors, it is always useful to regularly clean the counter freezer. This extends the life of your freezer and keeps the appliance clean. Cleaning is simple: turn off the freezer and unplug it. Clean the interior, grates and GN trays with warm water and a mild detergent. Once you have cleaned everything with a soft cloth, dry everything thoroughly. This will prevent ice from forming. When the interior is clean, clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Put the grates and GN trays back in place and restart the freezer.
